SCHEDULE FAQ
- Why do so many dates still say TBA?
- We know that these are the weekends when we want to participate in tournaments, but there are often several tournaments available. At the 5th grade girls level, tournaments sometimes fail to attract enough teams to make. For this reason, we keep our options open until we are sure a tournament will successfully make.
- Are all the tournaments on Saturday AND Sunday?
- Some tournaments actually start on Friday night, but most tournaments are scheduled for just Saturday and Sunday. Depending on how the brackets are designed, we may or may not have games on Sunday. This can also depend on how well we perform on Saturday.
- On what days are practices held?
- Practices are every Sunday and Wednesday with occasional exceptions for holidays, school vacation weeks, and sometimes just to give everyone a break. We do not have practice on Sundays that fall on a tournament weekend even if the tournament ends on Saturday. If a tournament does not have a Friday night game, then we often have a light Friday night practice the night before the tournament. If a tournament cancels, we will have Sunday practice as if no tournament had been scheduled.
- Where do you practice?
- Due to the fact that we do not currently charge for practice time or gym rentals, our practice location changes. If you are interested in trying us out, please contact us for more information.
